Resico is leading a planning proposal with Parramatta Council for amendments to key development standards, namely height and FSR.

RC-1 will be a 37 level mixed-use development with a healthy mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

The site is located opposite a park at the Gateway to the Southern portion of Parramatta CBD and will provide residents with excellent CBD, river and district views.
