Founder and Director of Resico, David has over 20 years of experience within the development and construction industry, specialising in the construction of multi-level developments. He has achieved recognition for his quality processes, having delivered over $200 million in projects across Sydney.
In the early years of Resico, David worked on small-medium sized projects quickly moving up to larger scale developments.
David’s ‘hands-on’ approach to development has given him insight across the entire development cycle, from design to construction and delivery as he often liaises with the executives of Resico to ensure that our high standard of quality is continually upheld.
David acts as Resico’s Financial Accountant and has had over 30 years of experience advising individuals and businesses on various aspects of Business and Financial Management.
David has extensive experience as Director of Access Accounting Solutions Pty Ltd and was previously International Chairman of Asia Pacific at PKF and Partner at BDO Chartered Accountants. David currently sits on multiple financial boards providing specialist advisory and strategic advice.
David’s passion is to add value to his clients including wealth creation, asset protection and succession planning.
Zack is a financial services specialist with over 15 years of experience in various roles in financial advisory, investment management, commercial as well as investment banking. He is also founder and CEO of two FCA licensed firms and has extensive experience in starting/overhauling risk management functions throughout Australasia, Europe and the Middle East.
Zack has completed a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Actuarial Studies from Macquarie University and is a Level 4 UK Qualified Financial Advisor from The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF).
As Financial Controller for Resico, Joe has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector and is responsible for the ongoing accounts management across all of our development projects. Joe’s work is crucial to the running of our financial systems and processes and ensures that our projects are able to run in a smooth and efficient manner.
Joe has a wealth of experience, having previously worked at Jones Lang Lasalle, Credit Suisse First Boston, BT Financial Group, Macquarie Bank, and Charter Hall.
Ben is Resico’s Development Manager and has been working in the property industry for over 8 years. Upon completion of his Masters of Property Development, Ben has worn many hats including research and project marketing, town planning, site acquisitions, project feasibility, consultancy and management.
Ben has significant end-to-end delivery experience in residential and mixed-use development projects and has a broad knowledge of the entire development cycle which has proved invaluable to Resico and the products that we produce.
Timmy has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Commerce, majoring in Property. He has worked as an Analyst at CBRE and Assistant Valuer at Savills which have helped him build an analytical mindset.
Timmy is assisting the development team in project feasibility, site acquisitions, market research and planning.
Ricky has proved a valuable asset to Resico as our Contracts Administrator, boasting over 40 years of experience in the industry.
Upon completing his studies in civil engineering, Ricky began working in the Public Works Department (Govt) in Hong Kong where he worked on public infrastructure projects including hotels, hospitals and other multi-level developments.
Ricky then moved on to work with the Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club building club facilities and then the private sector, where he spent several years working as a project manager on developments valued in excess of $2 billion.
Ricky is a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and holds a Bachelors degree in building.
John has been working in the Property Development and Construction Industry for over 36 years and has managed many challenging, complex and exciting projects, including luxury homes, commercial and industrial projects, and medium to large scale residential developments.
John’s years of experience in the industry has given him the ability to work through solutions to ensure a professionally finished project within scope, on time and budget, and without compromising our high standards.
Assistant Project Manager
Joseph started his career with Resico by getting ‘hands-on’ experience on site. Since completing his Bachelor of Construction Project Management at UTS, Joseph has been working closely with the executives of Resico for the last 4 years, building his knowledge and experience in construction project management. Joseph is known for his keen eye for detail and strong work ethic.
Andrew is our Site Manager and is responsible for the management of all onsite construction staff across all of Resico’s projects.
Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, having previously worked for corporate firms around Sydney specialising in the construction of multi-level apartments. His experience allows him to make accurate judgement calls, and effectively manage large scale developments and meeting project deadlines.
Site Leading Hand
Amin is part of our on-site team, working closely with Site Managers and assisting in co-ordinating subcontractors, inspections, development maintenance to projects and ensuring site safety for all on-site workers. Amin’s focused mindset and enthusiasm allows him to tackle varying structural and architectural problems with effectiveness and tenacity.
