Our People

 

DAVID KERT – DIRECTOR

David is Resico’s Director, with over 20 years of experience, and has undertaken a number of large scale developments and projects. David has extensive experience in dealing with complex and sensitive matters, ranging from intricate environmental issues, endangered species, heritage items and addressing a development’s obligations to the community and regulatory bodies. He is ‘hands-on’, working closely everyday
with Resico’s senior executives & Managers on financial and operating matters to supervise the overall performance and annual operation of the company and their projects.

 

BEN DALGLIESH – DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Ben is Resico’s Development Manager, and has been working in the property industry for over 8 years. Starting his career in design, he then moved into research and project marketing following the completion of his Masters of Property Development. Since then, Ben has worked in a variety of roles around Development, working his way up from site acquisitions to General Manager at a medium density residential development organisation. Ben was then Director of a Development Management consultancy business that specialised in the successful delivery of numerous medium density projects. He has a broad knowledge across the entire development life cycle and significant end-to-end delivery experience in residential and mixed-use development projects of varying scale.

 

ANDREW PHANARTZIS – SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Andrew is Resicos’ Sales and Marketing manager, and is also currently the Director of Property Association, a consultancy firm for residential developers in Australia. Andrew started in the property industry in 2006 with Payce Consolidated Pty Ltd (PAYCE) as a business unit manager. Previously Andrew was the economic development manager for Marrickville Council and before that, he served in several sales and marketing roles in the IT and telecommunications industry after completing his BA at UNSW majoring in HR and English. Andrew’s exposure to large residential developments, master planned communities and house and land subdivisions came during his time at PAYCE, being responsible for the waterfront community at Wentworth Point. In 2007 Andrew was on secondment to merchant bank Babcock and Brown and their residential land partners division. Andrew has also built a successful property management business and has a financial planning background.
